- John, there's a whole boatload of us out here trying to do just that,
- in our case from Win-95 to AmiTCP 4.2 registered. At one point
- yesterday, I did have it so they could ping each other only, and the
- Win-95 machine could go thru the network neighborhood and address
- itself by its name with apparently full access. We, at this time,
- think we'll prolly have to delete the 95 version of TCP/IP and use
- another 3rd party tcp/ip stack. It seems the MS version is so
- stripped it can't do anything not dialup/internet related. Bummer,
- but we're a bunch of pit-bulls, at the mo spending money at
- WaldenBooks looking for clues like it was somebody elses money!
